Every day I sit down to write a little something to educate and empower you to take control of your own health.

However, with this quarantine thing going on, I’m having a difficult time figuring out what you would like to learn more about. I really don’t want to focus on what to do if you have COVID-19 – there are a plethora of posts, videos, lives, webinars and publishings about that. I have gone over some basics with my Fundamental students, but I would rather focus on wellness, health and vitality.

 

So, I’m asking for some feedback.
